Festival of Trees Announces a Victorian Holiday

Tracy, CA -- If you’ve never been to our annual Festival of Trees extravaganza, this is the year to attend! Scheduled for November 19 - 21, this year's theme is A Victorian Holiday. The Portuguese Hall/Tracy Ballroom will be transformed into a winter wonderland full of elaborately designer decorated Christmas trees and wreaths, lights, and ornately fashioned in Victorian times. All festival proceeds benefit the Foundation's CPR for Kids program in Tracy schools. More than 35,000 third, sixth and tenth graders and community members have learned CPR and other life-saving skills through this incredible program.
The Premier Night Soiree, an elegant black-tie event, will kick off the festival at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, November 19. The exquisitely designed and decorated Christmas trees and wreaths will be auctioned off during a live and silent auction, along with the many gifts under them. There'll also be a unique drawing for fine wine and much more. Tickets are $125.
"Jingle Bell Jam…Dancing in the Trees" takes place at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 20. The party features dinner, dancing and a live and silent auction of trees, gifts, trips and more. Tickets are $65.
A Silver Bells Social will be held Friday, November 19 at 10:00 a.m. with Teddy Bear Tea Parties being held throughout the weekend.
The public can partake in the event on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tracy Ballroom, 430 W. 9th Street in Tracy. General admission is $4.00 for adults and $2.00 for children. Which includes children's make & take crafts, a gift shop just for kids to do Christmas shopping, continuous live entertainment, photos with Santa Claus, a holiday café featuring fresh sandwiches, home-baked goods and candy, a gift boutique and viewing the forest of designer decorated trees.
