Learning to Control Asthma
Asthma can be a troublesome condition for many children and adults. However, with proper education, many patients are able to effectively manage their asthma and enjoy an active lifestyle. Sutter Tracy is pleased to offer free classes on asthma management.

Safe Sitter
Safe Sitter is a medically accurate program that teaches boys and girls ages 11-13 how to handle emergencies when caring for children. This class teaches safe and nurturing childcare techniques, behavior management skills, and appropriate responses to medical emergencies. Cost is $25 per person.

Look Good...Feel Better
Like many people undergoing cancer treatment or dealing with a cancer diagnosis, you may have forgotten that looking better on the outside can help you feel better on the inside. Heartsaver First Aid Classes
This course teaches rescuers to effectively recognize & treat adult emergencies in the first critical minutes until emergency medical services personnel arrive. Includes first aid, adult CPR, and AED. Class fee is $20 for materials. Please call 209-833-2405 for dates and registration information. This class does not satisfy child care facility requirements.
